About Us
Open Labs provides a programme of support for Creative Technology companies in the North West of England. It develops partnerships between such companies and university expertise to create innovative products and services that deliver economic benefits and create jobs in the local economy.
With a specific focus on Next Generation Internet Technologies, products and applications, companies will have access to university R&D with the potential to be turned into high growth opportunities with a global market reach.
This project will enable local companies to work with the University, harnessing its knowledge base capabilities and taking advantage of technology-enabled transformations in Internet technologies.
