The PDPR Handbook is a straightforward guide for all staff to use in conjunction with preparing for and conducting annual PDPRs. The Appendix includes the refreshed PDPR Forms.
Interim Reviews should be conducted with a light touch and on a flexible basis as required to support both organisational and individual development needs. To enable effective monitoring of individual progress in achieving agreed job objectives and engagement in Continuous Professional Development activity.
