Logon Failed due to Server Configuration.

This page is accessible to JMU Staff or Students only

1. This error indicates that the username and password passed to the server do not match those required to log on.
2. If you are accessing the page from off campus, please enter USERS\ before your username.
3. JMU passwords are case sensitive. Try switching CAPS LOCK on/off, to make sure that you were using the correct case.
4. Please make a note of the entire address you were trying to access and then contact the LJMU Web Team to verify that you have permission to access the requested resource.
