To provide a professional advisory service on Health and Safety matters to the University Management, to enable the organisation to meet its statutory and social duty of care to staff, students and others who may be affected by the activities of the University.
To promote awareness of Health and Safety matters amongst staff, students and others whose activities may affect the University.
To develop active partnerships with bodies, organisations and the community in the promotion of Health and Safety responsibility in the workplace.
