Camden Street car park will be closed on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 March.
Liverpool City Council will be carrying out lining works to alter the layout of the car park and create fully marked parking bays.
From Monday 9 March all vehicles using the car park will be required to park within the marked bays.
Any vehicle failing to display an valid LJMU parking permit and vehicles parking outside the bays, or taking up more than one bay, will receive a Fixed Penalty Notice payable to the City Council.
