As part of LJMU's Liverpool Film Seminar events, Professor Ginette Vincendeau (King's College) will present a talk entitled 'Gamine, sex bomb, dumb blonde: Brigitte Bardot as comic star.'

Ginette Vincendeau is Professor in Film Studies at King's College, London, and the author and editor of over ten books. She is currently writing a book on Brigitte Bardot (BFI/Palgrave) and Cinema Under the Mediterranean Sun: Provence, Marseille and the Côte d’ Azur on Film (I.B.Tauris)
