This will give students the chance to hear directly from employers about alternative and related options following your degree course. Employers (including LJMU graduates) will tell you about how they gained entry to a particular job area and what that career involves. It is designed to help you see the broadest application of your degree course, so there will be employers representing career areas both related and unrelated to sports science. There will be speakers representing employment in physiotherapy, nutrition and dietetics, clinical cardiac physiology and sports development. There will also be an employer who can tell you more about how your degree can be used within the business and finance field.

Please note: in the event of possible unavailability of speakers, the event organisers may have to substitute speakers from job areas other than those mentioned above.

Date: Monday 12 March 2012
Time: 9.45am-12.30pm
Location: World of Work Careers Centre (formerly the Graduate Development Centre), Kingsway House, Hatton Garden, L3 2AJ
