Research Support Office (RSO)
The Research Support Office operates alongside the Faculty Research Committees, providing leadership and support in research and postgraduate programmes across LJMU. Its main responsibility is for the quality assurance of MPhil and PhD research but also oversees the University's Masters in Research (MRes) programes and the Professional Doctorates framework.
It is also responsible for the research strategy of the University and provides information and support for research active staff who are interested in applying for research funding and information on grant management procedures.
