PGNet 2006 Conference
In June 2006, the School organised and hosted the 7th Annual Postgraduate Symposium on the Convergence of Telecommunications, Networking and Broadcasting (PGNet ’06). Sponsored by the EPSRC through their Network of Excellence programme, this event has established itself as a regular feature in the conference calendar nationally and, gradually, internationally. In addition to Universities and Industrial players from across the UK, the conference this year boasted contributors and participants from Taiwan, Brazil, Portugal, Jordan, Algeria, and Pakistan, with a total of 72 papers presented.

2007 will see the 8th edition of PGNet series, also organised and hosted by the School, on the 28th and 29th of June, at the Peter Jost Centre. We are looking forward to another successful event. For more info on
