Guidelines to publishing locations
There are a number of locations available within LJMU where web pages can be published. Find out the most suitable place to publish your information here.Personal Web Pages (Staff and Students).
Every registered computer user at LJMU (staff AND student) is able to publish web pages via the Personal Web Page mechanism. This facility uses the LJMUWEB folder, part of each users Personal File Store allocation (M: Drive).

Blackboard (Staff only).
The Blackboard application is intended for staff wanting to make available module related information. No HTML knowledge is necessary, as the system simply involves the user uploading office type documents to the Blackboard server.

The LJMU Web Server (Staff only).
The LJMU Web server is available for the publication of school or service team information, with information being published under school/team accounts. The information can include, for example, information descriptive of the school or team, procedural information, locally specific reference material, and information resources of long term value. Additionally, academic information which is unsuitable for publication on Blackboard should be published on the LJMU Web servers. Information should be presented using the corporate LJMU style.
