If you are looking for a challenge in the New Year why not give volunteering a go? Volunteer@LJMU has been successfully working with local schools and supporting organisations to raise the aspirations and achievements of Liverpool’s young people since 2009. Follow in the footsteps of past and present LJMU staff and students and volunteer with local school children - supporting them with their Literacy and Numeracy in primary school and personal and professional achievements in secondary.

You will gain skills and experience invaluable to a career in the education sector as well as contributing to your personal and professional development.

As a Volunteer@LJMU you will receive a CRB check free of charge, be able to reclaim any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and receive training to ensure that you are fully prepared to begin your volunteering.
