Our Business Adviser can help you with all aspects of starting a business – from putting together a business plan to searching for funding. Final year students who would like to start a Merseyside-based business can also find out more at the surgery about LJMU’s Enterprise Fellowship Programme (EFP). The EFP helps graduates to start their own business, social enterprise or work on a freelance basis. Our programme provides a 4 day intensive training course, access to LJMU’s ‘hatchery’ office facilities and the opportunity to apply for a £1,500 Enterprise Fellowship award.

Applicants must be EU citizens, not in full time employment and able to commit to starting a full time business by the end of the programme.

Pre-booking at the surgery is essential. To book an appointment or for more details please call 0151 231 8060 or email startup@ljmu.ac.uk
