Let’s Get Better Together (LGBT) event

LJMU and the University of Salford, as the top performing Universities in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2011, invite you to the very first Let’s Get Better Event for LGBT staff working in Higher and Further Education.

The event, aimed at LGBT staff networks, senior management and HR and Equality Practitioners, will be taking place on Friday 1 July in the Clifford Whitworth Conference Centre.

The day will be hosted by both institutions' Vice Chancellors and will be a mixture of panel discussions and workshops. 

Numbers are limited and places will be reserved on a 'first come, first served' basis. Lunch is provided and a post-event reception, sponsored by Barefoot Wines, will also be provided. Additionally, the LGBT staff Network is hosting a post event social, for the participants who will be staying over in Manchester, from 4pm.
