Workplace coaching and mentoring sessions

The Academic Enhancement Team has places available for participants to attend the following programmes:

The LJMU Programmes in Coaching, with the option to work towards an accredited qualification, Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and Managers or Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management, verified by the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) for a small fee.

LJMU Programme in Workplace Coaching : leading to ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and Managers
This programme aims to provide practising and potential team leaders, first line managers or other interested individuals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role. Induction: Thursday 20 October 2011, 9.30 to 11.30am
