Strategic plan consultation with staff

As the University moves into the next phase of development we are about to put together the next strategic plan. This will be a five-year plan to determine the size, shape and direction of the University in the context of the changing environment of Higher Education.

The plan will have real impact for this University and it is important that staff from all parts of LJMU have the opportunity to participate in the process. Therefore, in the first phase of consultation, a series of open workshops has been planned and all staff are invited to attend. These are intended as cross-functional events. Staff may also have the opportunity to participate in discussions within their respective faculties and services.

Dates and venues of the workshops are as follows:

• 23 November, 12.00 – 14.00hrs, Room M209 IM Marsh
• 25 November, 09.00 – 11.00hrs, Room 301 James Parsons Building
• 25 November, 13.00 – 15.00hrs, Moot Room John Foster Building
