Car Parking
A valid University Parking permit is required for parking on all LJMU Car Parks.
Owing to the demand for parking spaces, parking prior to 4.30pm is restricted to staff and approved visitor vehicles only.
Type A Permit
This permit is available to all LJMU staff while attending on University business. During 2011/2012 the charge for the permit is £40 per month or £480 per year (application form on the right of this page).
Also available to staff are day permits, charged at £3.50 each. These permits are available to purchase from the online shop . They can be purchased in advance and validated when required.
There are pages if you are interested in car share or in applying for a loan for a season ticket or in taking advantage of the Cycle to Work scheme.
Type C Access
Car park access is available to all staff and approved students attending evening classes and/or meetings. It entitles the holder to park park after 4.30pm (subject to space being available)at IM Marsh Campus and Tithebarn Street car parks while attending on University business. There will be no charge for this.
