Student Help

Blackboard Student Help Tab

There are numerous 'how to' guides available in the Blackboard Help Tab. The help resource also includes information regarding other learning technologies such as Turnitin plagiarism detection, Wimba Classroom and the e-Portfolio to name but a few. Log in to Blackboard and click on the Help tab to get started.

Getting Help and Support

All problems and queries regarding software, including access to the LJMU computing facilities should be taken up with staff in the Student Zone at one of the Learning Resource Centres, or School Based Computing Centre. If you are having problems and are situated off campus, you may want to contact the off campus support team via their Off Campus Support pages, or, by using their Online Enquiry Form.
