The Planning and Information Helpdesk is the first point of contact for LJMU Staff for enquiries relating to the use of LJMU information and technology services and solutions.
Our function is to respond to queries and requests for services, and to enable resolution of computing faults.
The PLN Helpdesk support hours are from Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
General software and Off-Campus support is provided by Library and Student Support who offer guidance and assistance via our Learning Resource Centres.
Staff can ask for help via the on-line forms.
