LJMU Publication Scheme
Introduction
Adopting a publication scheme is a requirement of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000. A publication scheme sets out the kinds of information that a public authority should make routinely available. The information should be easy for the authority and any individual to find and use.
LJMU has adopted the model publication scheme which came into effect 1st January 2009.
