Guide to the Publication Scheme
Following the recommendation of the ICO, the LJMU guide to information is the University's website. In other words, the information we are expected to make routinely available to the public can be found on our website.
LJMU has adapted the ICO definition document for universities to assist the public in accessing the information on the website that falls within the publication scheme. The University will amend this document over time to ensure that it continues to identify the information that it makes routinely available.
The University is committed to the principle of promoting public access to its information and will only charge for providing paper copies of information within the publication scheme in certain circumstances. A separate guide on charges has been provided.
