3. Malik Al Nasir announced as final Roscoe speaker of Bicentenary year

   The lecture 'The truth that lies behind Roscoe' will take place at St George’s Hall, Friday 24 November, 5pm to 6.30pm

4. Professorship and readership conferment process

   To provide as much planning time as possible we can confirm that the LJMU professorship and readership conferment process for 2023/24 will open from 27 November 2023.

   Colleagues who wish to apply to the LJMU professorship and readership conferment process for 2023/24 can now book a place on our briefing sessions.

6. Lecture founder returns to reflect upon 25 years of the Roscoe

   Professor the Lord David Alton returned to St George’s Hall with hundreds of guests from across Liverpool and the LJMU community to reflect on the Roscoe Lecture Series.

7. UKRI open access policy changes from 1 January 2024

   The open access policy applies to monographs, book chapters and edited collections associated with UKRI funding published from 1 January 2024.
