1. Applied Forensic Technology Research Group

   The Applied Forensic Technology Research (AFTeR) Group is interested in all aspects of the application of technology within the field of forensic work. A particular focus is on audio and video forensics.

   The Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience Research Group is concerned with the mechanisms underlying cognitive and emotional behaviour and the disruption of these processes by drugs, ageing, atypical development or disease.    The Cardiovascular Health and Care Interest Group within the Institute for Health Research is a real-world applied research group that aims to provide healthcare solutions from bench to bedside.

4. The Football Exchange

   We deliver real-world solutions to the football community. Our areas of interest within football include: fitness and nutrition, psychology, match analysis, physical activity, skill acquistion and coaching, and performance analysis.

5. Research Centre for Brain and Behaviour case studies

6. Digital Health Interest Group 

   The Digital Health Interest Group within the Institute for Health Research are actively engaged with digital health research and aim to develop long-standing interventions to improve health care and pathways.

7. TIMED: TIMe experience in Europe’s Digital age

   TIMED is a large cross-cultural research study that will investigate for the first time how increasing digital technology use is affecting how we experience time as individuals and in society across Europe.
