   LJMU has leapt up a host of rankings tables for student satisfaction.

   The Finance team has recently updated the ES1 form used to assess contractors against HMRCs off-payroll working rules (sometimes called IR35).

   Following a recent review of LJMU staff car parking provision, the university will continue to subsidise staff car parking until 31 August 2023.

4. Updating Your Microsoft Profile Picture

   From Monday 12th September, ITS will begin publishing all staff and student security card photos into Microsoft's 365 suite of products.

   LJMU has triumphed in two of three categories at the first-ever TrackImpact.org Global Project Competition.

9. In memoriam Dr Alistair Beere

   Dr Alistair Beere passed away at the end of August and his funeral arrangements have been shared by his family.

10. Registration open for conference on decolonial approaches to teaching and research

    A mini-conference highlighting developments in decolonial approaches to teaching and research across the university featuring three sessions of talks and discussion on decolonising pedagogy, assessment and research methods, will take place in November.
