   We have raised a fantastic £3,600 for charity during the first week of the National Student Survey 2020.

   A reminder that UKRI has recently announced their guidance and requirements with regards to publishing open access monographs, which come into place from 1 January 2024.

   New policy on sustainable food systems and changes to the environmental, energy and sustainability management statement.

   We have launched an exercise to learn about your experiences of working at the university.

6. Data protection related policy updates

   Four data protection related policies have been updated and can now be found on the LJMU Policy Centre.

7. Admissions Policy update

   The LJMU Admissions Policy has recently undergone some minor amendments and the updated version can be found in the Policy Centre.

8. Confidential Waste Policy update

   The updated policy includes further information on disposing of small amounts of confidential waste in confidential waste bins across the university and on how you can order secure bags for larger quantities.

9. Student finance reminder

   If you are an undergraduate student and are continuing on your course in September 2019, don’t forget to reapply for your student finance as soon as possible.
