Elections for the Academic Board teaching staff will take place from 24th May until 11th June 2019.
Following a fortnight-long election period, Emily received the majority of votes out of the five self-nominated candidates to represent Professional Services, and will now serve on the Board for the next three years.

The start of the academic year can be a good time to review your pension arrangements. All academic teaching staff are reminded that they can sign-up to an online portal if they are members of the Teachers Pension Scheme.

The results of the Your LJMU, Your Voice staff survey reveal that employees consider LJMU to be a good place to work but there are clear areas for improvement.
