    A vacancy may arise for a number of reasons, such as staff resignation, retirement or a new post (either temporary or permanent) may be required due to taking on new projects or responsibilities.

    Remote working during COVID and hybrid working have identified a need to improve how the Wellbeing Assessment Group manages surveys and assessments. We plan to make the process more effective by moving our survey questionnaires online and use Microsoft Forms.

  4. Hireserve Hiring Manager Portal guidance

    The HR team have introduced a Hiring Manager Portal, available within our recruitment system – Hireserve. This will streamline the recruitment process and give Hiring Managers end-to-end control and visibility of their vacancies in one place, from initial request to advertise, shortlisting, inviting candidates to interview through to making an offer to your preferred candidate.

    With the aim of inspiring prospective students, our outreach programmes work with schools and colleges, career advisors and parents, sharing specialist higher education guidance and advice.

  6. Welcome to James Joyce's "Chamber Music"

    This is a free-access learning resource that is hosted by the School of Humanities and Social Science at Liverpool John Moores University, and is inspired by a new version of Chamber Music, a book of poems published by Joyce in 1907. These pages provide video commentary on both the poetic and musical aspects of Chamber Music, as well as video performances of all thirty-six of the newly composed versions.
