   Applications for LJMU’s study abroad programme are now open. Students can apply to spend either one semester or an academic year abroad at one of LJMU’s partner institutions across the globe.

   From this month the process to join a staff network has moved to the LJMU website and Microsoft Teams, making it even easier to join one of LJMU’s staff networks

   Applications are now being taken from LJMU staff for the Advance HE Aurora Programme

6. Can you support Clearing 2024?

   LJMU is looking for staff to help recruit students to LJMU during Clearing 2024 on Thursday 15 August.

7. Gamma-ray burst captured in unprecedented detail

   An international team including LJMU and led by University of Maryland has constructed one of the most detailed descriptions of a gamma-ray burst to date.

   New and improved Continuous Monitoring and Enhancement (CME) for Module Leaders is now available on Webhub.

9. Female Applications for Professorship and Readership Conferment

   As the university strives for equality, diversity and inclusion, more women are particularly encouraged to apply for the available roles in Readership and Professorship, as they are underrepresented at these levels.
