5. Open Research Week 2022

   Liverpool John Moores University, the University of Liverpool and Edge Hill University libraries are delighted to announce our programme for Open Research Week 2022, taking place from 14th-17th February 2022. There are 8 events over 4 days. All will take place over Microsoft Teams and each session can be booked individually. All events will be recorded; if you are unable to attend but are interested in the content, please sign up and the recording will be sent out to you in due course.

   Ahead of World Environment Day this Sunday (5 June), were reaffirming our commitment to green initiatives and sustainability.

7. Curator joins LJMU for curating the web research project

   Curator joins LJMU's School of Art and Design Exhibition Research Lab for a 12 month research project.

8. Visit to House of Lords to discuss how to support disabled graduates

   Keren Coney, Careers Adviser in Student Advancement: LJMU's Careers, Employability and Enterprise Service, was thrilled to go to the House of Lords to meet with Lord Shinkwin to discuss how to support disabled graduates as they seek to enter the workplace.

   International Pronouns Day seeks to make respecting, sharing and educating about personal pronouns common practice.

10. New book reveals lives, loves and losses behind War Widows’ Quilt

    A new digital exhibition book tells the moving stories that lie behind the squares of the War Widows Quilt, a collaborative piece of art made by more than 90 war widows.
