1. Directed Study Week: 4-8 March 2019

   Directed Study Week is an exciting programme of workshops and webinars designed to help students study more effectively and get better results.

2. New Reading List Management System Launched.

   In January 2015 Library Services piloted the use of a reading list management system, Rebus:List with 27 academics across the University with a soft launch that Summer.

3. The Doctoral Academy's Thesis Boot Camp - 88,798 Words!

   16 PGRs attended 2 1/2 day intensive writing retreat at Gladstone's Library, Hawarden

4. LJMU Wellbeing Week 11th – 15th March.

   We have a full week of activities which draw attention to the importance of wellbeing and provides an opportunity for staff and students to try out new approaches to staying healthy and happy.

5. Graduation review: Wednesday 10 July

   Students from Liverpool Screen School, the School of Law, Liverpool School of Art and Design and the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies received their awards.

6. Join the Pride March on Saturday 27 July

   LCR Pride takes place on Saturday 27 July and we will be taking part in the Pride March on Saturday afternoon.

7. LJMU Estates Roadmap to 2020 progresses with 4-6 Rodney Street

   LJMU is currently in the process of mapping around six major capital developments across the city centre, the majority to be completed by 2020.

8. LightNight 2018

   The LightNight festival, which takes place on Friday 18 May this year, promotes the city’s arts and cultural offer to people who may not usually engage with the arts.

9. Summer estates work programme

   A programme of improvement works to our estate is taking place over the summer months.
