Cellular and Molecular Physiology of Lifelong Health has expertise in human exercise physiology, experimental models of muscle adaptation and state-of-the-art mass spectrometry for proteomic and metabolomic studies.
Back in 2007 LJMU acknowledged the then Prince of Wales with an Honorary Fellowship and hosted him during the tenth Roscoe Lecture series. Dedicating much of his life to others, as the heir apparent to the throne, HRH The Prince of Wales was recognised for his services to charity, education and the environment.
The Liverpool Business School is located within the £37.6 million Redmonds Building, which also houses the School of Law and Liverpool Screen School. Pooja is a Reader in Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention in the School of Psychology, having joined LJMU in 2018. For more than a decade, her dedication to researching suicide has taken her out of the lecture theatre and into the field, playing a vital role in helping to establish James’ Place, the first safe, accessible service for suicidal men in community settings.
