   Dr. Emma Roberts, Reader in History of Art & Design at Liverpool School of Art & Design, has published an article in the Harvard University journal, 'ReVista: The Harvard Review of Latin America'. The article discusses the important topic of public sculptures in the Caribbean on the theme of emancipation from slavery. 

4. Turner Prize 2015 winners take up unique position at School of Art and Design

   Turner Prize 2015 winners are taking up a unique ‘virtuoso’ position at LJMU’s School of Art and Design, which aims to partner the School with high profile creative artists who will enhance the student experience and promote Liverpool’s global profile within popular culture.

5. Liverpool School of Art and Design will host its first art-science showcase after being awarded prestigious Leonardo LASER status

   The first LASER session will focus on the theme of faces and identity with presentations on facial skin growth, forensic art and cosmetic surgery.
