    Records are produced and received as part of business activity. They provide evidence of our decision making and activities and enable us to evidence that we are complying with our statutory obligations.

  2. Student records

    The Student Records area contains training documentation and previous presentations pertaining to the maintenance of the student record on SIS.

  3. Registry Services for staff

    Registry Services is a front facing support team responsible for delivering professional services to students, university staff and external agencies.

  4. APIS, collation of data, statutory returns

    Academic Planning and Information Services are responsible for the collation of data and the production of timely, valid and accurate student number related statutory returns required by government agencies.

  5. Student Number Target Setting

    Student Number Target Setting is the internal allocation of student numbers (and FTEs) that need to fall within the requirements of the HEFCE student number control and parameters set by other public funding bodies.

  6. Admissions Support

    The Admissions support team fully support the admissions process from UCAS, UTT and Direct applications of all students to the university and it’s collaborative partners.
