The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) are set up as a supplier for LJMU Travel vaccinations.
Your Line Manager will need to set up a requisition via i-Buy.
Once the requisition has been approved, a purchase order (PO) number will be generated.
The PO number is provided to LSTM, and you would arrange your appointment with them.
LSTM then invoice LJMU for any services they have provided.
There is i-Buy training available for the person who completes the orders in your team or there is also a user guide available on the finance section of the LJMU website.
Students
Students selected to travel are informed of the required vaccinations, and to keep hold of any receipts relating to the vaccination as these can be reimbursed via PLSU post placement travel.
Students should not contact OH for the required vaccinations but to seek information from their GP or pharmacy.
