You can access the Grants and Projects (GaP) software only after you have taken part in basic training.

We have replaced the original GaP User Guide with a series of shorter system guides covering the key actions needed when preparing an application to accompany our support films. Alongside these, the FAQs page covers questions on access and process.

GaP Clinics

If you have already received basic GaP training and would like some additional support on the system, please book onto a GaP Clinic by emailing gap@ljmu.ac.uk. GaP clinics are usually held weekly on a Wednesday morning between 10.30am - 12pm.
