The Library sits at the heart of LJMU. Our library buildings and spaces provide a welcoming, comfortable and inclusive environment to support your study and research. In addition to our on-site facilities and extensive digital library services, the Library team offers guidance on developing your skills for study or research.
⚡ Library update
Semester opening hours start Monday 14 September
From Monday 14 September the Libraries will be open from 8.45am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. City Campus Library opens Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 4pm. Mount Pleasant Campus Library opens Saturdays 10am to 6pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm. The Student Life Building is open 24/7.
