1. Updated Space Management Policy

   The policy has been updated to underpin the safe, sustainable and efficient occupancy and use of our internal and external spaces.

2. Academic Registry invigilation training

   Training sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams throughout April and will cover the main aspects of the role of invigilators, including responsibilities prior to, during and following the completion of the examination.

   IT Services has started the process of migrating all of our on-premise SharePoint and shared drives (JT2) to either Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Online.

   Academic Engagement Librarian Gemma Wright has been recognised by CILIP, The Library and Information Association, as an outstanding professional helping to lead the sector into a new age of information.

7. LJMU strives for Race Equality Charter Silver Award: complete the survey

   We need your help, by sharing your views and experiences and completing our LJMU Race Equality Charter Staff Survey.

8. Come and cheer on Team LJMU at the 2024 Lord Mayor's Dragon Boat Race

   LJMU are the main sponsor of this years’ event and three staff teams will compete on Sunday 12 May.

9. New templates for the nomination of external examiners

   Now incorporating a dedicated template to nominate external examiners from industry or practice.

10. EndNote software upgrade

    This summer EndNote Desktop software is being upgraded from EndNote X9 to EndNote 20.
