1. Apprenticeships and Student Governance policy updates

   The new Apprenticeships Policy has received Academic Board approval and 20 Student Governance policies, guidance and pro forma have recently been reviewed, and have received minor amendments.

2. Deadline for home computing loan scheme

   Our current Home Computing Loan scheme for staff will come to a close in December, ahead of the launch of a brand new scheme in the new year.

3. Staff Qualifications and Health and Safety policy updates

   A number of LJMU staff policies have been updated.

4. New Open Access Policy

   LJMU has published a new Open Access Publication Policy for its staff.

5. Graduation dates announced for March 2023

   Our next graduation ceremonies are now scheduled to take place between Monday 27 – Wednesday 29 March 2023

6. Professorship, readership

   The Professorship and Readership Conferment process for 2023 is now open.

7. Over 200 pieces of artwork catalogued across LJMU campus

   As LJMU prepares to celebrate 200 years, over 200 pieces of artwork belonging to the university have been catalogued

8. Professorship and Readership Conferment 2022: Call for submissions

   Each year applications are invited for the conferment of Professorships and Readerships and the process for 2022 is now open.

9. National Student Survey 2022

   We are launching the National Student Survey (NSS) 2022 to eligible final year students next week.
