Recycle Week: Waste Seminar

Join our waste seminar to learn more about waste, consumption and sustainable solutions.

Recycle Week is an annual campaign by Recycle Now to encourage better recycling in the UK. The Environmental Sustainability and Energy Team are holding a number of events to educate and encourage positive behaviours around waste throughout the week.

For this event, Dr Konstantina Skitsovali from Liverpool Business School will be holding a seminar to learn about the impact of waste and to explore sustainable solutions. These solutions won’t just get you thinking about recycling, but also how we can reduce, minimise and reuse waste; and how we can better value and reconsider our waste as a resource.

This event is open to staff and students from any discipline so everyone is welcome and it will be an interactive way to learn more about waste, consumption and how we can make positive changes.
