Tuition Fee deposit and Instalment Plan

International students must pay an initial deposit of £5,000 plus the first instalment which is due before enrolment.

Does LJMU offer a payment plan?

Students have the option to pay their fees in full or in three equal instalments minus any internal scholarships. The first instalment is due before enrolment. For January 2025 students, the second instalment must be paid by 15 May and 15 August 2025.

Our international scholarships

LJMU awards a range of international scholarships for students enrolling at the University every year. These prestigious awards take the form of partial tuition fee scholarships and are available to exceptionally gifted international students who apply for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Postgraduate scholarships

LJMU offer various scholarships to postgraduate students wishing to study with us from overseas. To qualify you must be a self-funded international student and meet the conditions stated in your full-time course offer letter.
