Facilities within the Astrophysics Research Institute include The Liverpool Telescope, sited on La Palma in the Canary Islands, it is a fully robotic telescope owned and operated by the Institute.
The Astrophysics Research Institute is interested in star formation, stellar evolution, time-domain astrophysics, galaxy formation and clusters, dynamics and evolution. Our aim is to become an internationally recognised centre of excellence in astrophysics.
