    Anna is a trailblazing expert in maritime law who strives for the advancement of women in the sector. In her role as a lecturer with LJMU’s School of Engineering she works alongside colleagues to promote inclusivity and diversity within the university and by connecting with key maritime organisations, both in the region and internationally, to bring about positive change across the sector.

  2. Qualitative Analysis in Action

    Qualitative Analysis in Action is an online toolkit that provides open access to 32 interviews with inspirational Nepali women along with a range of resources and demonstrations of qualitative data analysis.

    The Forensic Research Institute run six research networks covering a wide range of specialisms, each competing nationally and globally for funding to pioneer cutting-edge scholarship.

  4. Electrical and Electronic Engineering facilities

    The Electrical and Electronic Engineering Research Centre has a wide range of facilities, including probe stations, test samples, semiconductor parameter analyzers and a range of three-phase and multiphase (five-phase, six-phase and nine-phase) machines too. The Centre also has two-level and three-level voltage source inverters and a three-phase to nine-phase direct matrix converter.

    At the Public Health Institute we look into alchohol consumption and harm across a range of populations and environments. We take up original research and study established datasets to understand the impacts of alcohol on society.
