1. Honorary Fellowships and Corporate Awards

   Nominations are now invited for individuals and organisations to be considered for Honorary Fellowships and Awards.

   Tim Nichol met with the Prime Minister of Vietnam at the weekend as LJMU sealed a partnership with one of the country's up-and-coming universities.

3. Bronze award for support of the Armed Forces

   LJMU has received the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) acknowledging how we provide support to the Armed Forces community.

4. Six engineering students to showcase innovative products at New Designers show

   From an ergonomic kettle to a complete redesign of a ship bridge system, these product design engineering students are using their ambition and fresh thinking to solve 21st century problems

5. Summer and graduate placement opportunities

   A great range of 200-hour part-time (20 hours per week over 10 weeks) and five-month full-time, paid student summer placements are currently available exclusively to LJMU students.

8. Northern Ireland Applicant Day

   On Saturday 2nd March, LJMU held its annual Northern Ireland Applicant Day in the Hilton Hotel Belfast.

9. Majority of April and May exams to be held online

   Most exams in April and May 2022 will be held online. There are a small number of examinations which will be held in-person due to specific requirements of the professional body.

10. Liverpool John Moores University celebrates a week’s worth of Graduations

    Liverpool John Moores University is celebrating after a wonderful week of graduation ceremonies at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, in which more than 4,000 students graduated across 18 ceremonies, including 96 members of staff.
