  5. John Goulding

    John is a PhD student with the School of Education. He is also ex-forces, having served with the RAF Police before leaving the military and beginning his own higher education journey. Alongside his studies, looking at research to support veterans, John is a student representative on our Armed Forces Steering Group.

  7. Research Institute for Sport and Exercise Sciences

    The Research Institute for Sport and Exercise Sciences (RISES) are a world-leading research institute, highly ranked in REF 2014.   8. Teaching and Learning Academy surveys

    The Teaching and Learning Academy assist in the admin, interpretation and results' dissemination of surveys, the outcomes of which inform teaching practice and improve the student experience.

  9. Teaching and Learning Academy projects

    The Teaching and Learning Academy undertake a variety of projects, including the Teaching and Learning Conference, surveys, the Teaching and Learning awards, Curriculum Enhancement Internships, as well as the Learning Gain project.
