Lucy is an alumnus of our MBA programme and is now the strategic relations lead for place with Liverpool City Council. Alongside her studies, Lucy was part of the team that supported the mayoral campaign for Joanne Anderson, who became the first directly elected Black woman to take on the position, while overcoming personal challenges to still gain a first-class degree.
Through the Maritime SuperSkills Project, the Liverpool City-Region (LCR) is investing support in businesses to develop high-level apprenticeship standards that are in line with City-Region growth sectors.
Thanks to our partnership with the Bathgate Group Ltd, LJMU are able to offer a £500 award to current LJMU students for fledgling start-up ventures based in the Liverpool City Region and the Northwest.
