More than 1,000 students celebrated their achievements with family and friends on the first day of LJMU’s spring graduation ceremonies.
Graduation week kicked off in the sunshine at Liverpool Cathedral today as we celebrated with students from the Schools of Natural Sciences and Psychology and Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences.

Dr Pooja Saini, LJMU Lecturer in Psychology, won the Public Service Award at the Asian Women of Achievement Awards 2018.
The morning saw graduations from Maritime and Mechanical Engineering, the Astrophysics Research Institute, Electronics and Electrical Engineering and the School of Nursing and Allied Health. In the afternoon Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering and Technology Research Institute, Civil Engineering and Built Environment all celebrated their graduations.
