  2. Lol Baker

    Lol is a support officer for our School of Art and Design with a lead role in running the Fab Lab, our digital fabrication laboratory that sees students, staff and partners using technology to make almost anything. He is a champion of supporting creative talent in Liverpool and uses his knowledge to nurture our students’ skills and to work with creative partners across the city.

  4. Cherie Booth CBE, QC

    The third Chancellor of LJMU, Cherie Booth championed the university locally and further afield, a keen advocate of our ambition to give students real-world experience as a preparation for employment beyond study.

  5. Louisa Flitter

    Louisa Fitter is a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager at the Environment Agency, and she was chosen as a Bicentenary year honorary fellow for her work as a STEM ambassador for women in engineering and being a role model to current LJMU students.

  7. Rita Tushingham

  8. George Mayer-Marton (1897-1960)

    From a Second World War refugee to establishing the Department for Mural Art with the then College of Art, George’s influence on our former art students and on the city of Liverpool has lasted the test of time.
