  3. Global Citizen (Volunteering) - Go abroad

    The LJMU Go Global fund allows students to undertake international projects, from existing programmes such as Camp America or TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) courses, to individual projects students have designed themselves.   5. Astronomical Technology

    The Astronomical Technology Group is interested in optical and near-IR observations and the technology that facilitates them. Activities of the group include the operation of the robotic Liverpool Telescope and the development of its 4 metre successor.

  6. Start-up Hub

    The Start-up Hub helps students and graduates start a business. We offer funding, business advice and training. We also have networking events and workshops.

  7. Water

    LJMU conserves water with metered monitoring, low flush toilets, water-efficient taps and free water dispensers to reduce plastic waste and carbon emissions.
