Liverpool John Moores University joined the Athena SWAN charter in 2014 and was first presented with an Institutional Bronze award in 2014, in recognition of ongoing work relating to gender equality. Since then, LJMU had a second successful submission of their Institutional Bronze award in 2017.
The School of Law delivers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within Law and Criminal Justice to its 1200 plus students. In addition to our programmes, we are also known for our pro bono activities, our innovative research and our excellent links with the legal community.
The Doctoral Academy is committed to ensuring a high quality research training environment for postgraduate research students.
Together with our partner universities around the world LJMU are offering our students the exciting opportunity to take part in one of our international Better Futures Summer Schools.
