The Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers, launched in June 2008, is an agreement between funders and employers of researchers in the UK and represents a significant development in national policy to support good management of researchers and their careers.
Our research aims to make positive changes to coach, teacher and practitioner development and inform policy and practice to improve people’s lives. We provide multidisciplinary approaches to our research with the aim of solving real world problems and pride ourselves in collaborating with industry partners.
At the Public Health Institute we look into alchohol consumption and harm across a range of populations and environments. We take up original research and study established datasets to understand the impacts of alcohol on society.
