  1. Astronomical Technology

    The Astronomical Technology Group is interested in optical and near-IR observations and the technology that facilitates them. Activities of the group include the operation of the robotic Liverpool Telescope and the development of its 4 metre successor.

  2. Environment and sustainability

    At the Public Health Institute we provide advice to policymakers in consideration of the relationship between the environment and public health. Projects include: the use of parks, climate change, economic benefits of green infrastructure and evaluation of green projects for the community.

  3. Teaching and learning

    The Research Centre in Evolutionary Anthropology and Palaeoecology offer a range of learning opportunities in natural sciences including animal behaviour, biology, conservation, bioarchaeology, forensic anthropology and primate behaviour.
